Kyle Grimes joined the company in 2019 as Assistant to the Director of Property Management. Ms. Grimes provides administrative support in the areas of Property Management and Accounting and her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant communications, assisting with property maintenance coordination and special projects.
Ms. Grimes worked in grocery retail for 7 years in roles as a District Supervisor and Director of Administration. After a relocation to Southern California, she worked as a recruiter with a national company specializing in finance and accounting, and then moved to a large financial institution where she recruited for the mortgage services division.
Ms. Grimes holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Purdue University.
